Sanshinkai is the union of the three arts of Aikido, Hojo kata and Genkikai into a didactic system to safely study and teach these arts and has been developed by Masatomi Ikeda sensei. Although he is no longer teaching because of ill health, this system with Aikido as its main component is practiced with great gratitude by many people all over Europe.
